I placed a call to West Houston Electric the other day for service at my home. They came out on time as promised. As soon as I opened my front door I was greated by their Service technician Drew Pfaffenberger. He was able to fix the issue I was having in a very reasonable time even helped me level my appliance...I needed additional work done Drew got me a guote instantly, no calling his buisness..Because of Drew his work ethic and ability to look at different things without appointment, I believe I have found an electrical company for the job!! Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt.
