The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. Very professional and competent

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt.
