Following a partial home power failure including our AC and stove on a Sunday, Paul Richard Electric responded to my request for an emergency appointment (note: other businesses had a vm on a Sunday). Paul came as scheduled and diagnosed the situation, called CenterPoint Energy for us, laid out the potential scenarios and options. Auggie is the name of my serviceman and he did a great job! He had to remove the old chandelier from a 12' ceiling and then put together and install the new one. He is very professional and respectful. When his supervisor came over to inspect his work, they did me the great favor of resetting the heavy dining room table under the chandelier.

I had a tree fall across the power line to my house and the electrical meter and lines were badly damaged so I needed all new equipment. I put a call in after hours and Nathan had returned my call to let me know that he would have a crew out to my house late morning to early afternoon. The crew arrived and completed the job within a very reasonable amount of time and had also communicated with Centerpoint so they would know when to arrive and reconnect thr power. This was my first experience with Brotherly love and I will use them again and will recommend to anyone needing an electrician.
