Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

This was the BEST experience we've ever had with a window installer. Roger and Nick were not only exceptional in their craftsmanship,but their personalities are just so wonderful. Super professional, detail oriented, thorough explained &everything so well. We know all about the quality of the windows we purchased. We can see the excellence in how they took out our old windows and put in the new ones... They finished all of our windows in one day and we hated to see them leave!! Our house feels and looks so much better!!! Can't thank them enough.

I worked with Joe Metry from beginning to end. He was very helpful with design ideas and started the job on time. The products are beautiful, the work is great and I am pleased with the outcome. The job took longer than expected but I feel it was mostly due to having difficulty getting the supplies needed. Joe was always responsive to my inquiries and I would use them again.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

WE love NEW BATH.. We dont have enough words to say all that we love about our new bathroom. Our vision came to life with the assistance of the design consultant. The work was done in a timely manner as promised and the work was so professional. The staff were friendly and respectful in our home. I would give them 10 stars if I could, you would be silly if you went with another company.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

To start, the process was great. Sales experience was good and they were able to meet our May 2021 deadline for installation. Overall I was happy with the experience until later that year. A few months later we noticed the countertops were lifting from the corners in all areas of the kitchen, and when I say lifting I mean 4+ inches and took the screw from the cabinet with it. We called and after several attempts were able to have someone come out and look at it. We were told by that individual this was a rare occurrence and would need to be replaced as it was an issue with the glue - we said no problem. Months go by with NO correspondence or updates. We called the office and no one returned our calls. “They’re in meetings and can’t take the call” or “They’re at lunch” were the repeated excuses we were given. Yes, it takes time to import the product and we understood that - but simply calling back and communicating effectively was what we needed. The warranty call happened in August, and no one came out to address it again until February 2022. At one point we got a call on a random morning from installers saying they were on their way, but no one from the office had bothered to let us know. We weren’t home, so we had to turn them away. Even better, the installers that came in February were mortified by how much it lifted and were very clear in saying “this was a poor installation job, not the glue failing” and proceeded to fix it. They offered to make it right by working with us to install a backsplash. It’s been 2.5 months now and have we been called back? NOPE. When the installer checked back in on us to see if we had been contacted, his response was “I’m not surprised at all.”
For this company you’ll get a great first experience as they work to get the money. From then on, it’ll be awful. If quality and communication are important to you, steer clear and choose someone else.

Alan installed subway tile to compliment the new countertops in our kitchen. He arrived early and worked for 12 hours non stop. After a long day and a perfect installation, Alan cleaned up meticulously leaving the kitchen looking pristine. Thank you Alan for such a great job.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
