TWD really got me out of a jam when an inspector discovered a damaged attic truss in my condo attic. Facing a short turnaround time to sell my condo, I searched the Internet to find an available repair company licensed to do residential structural repairs. TWD responded to my request and understood my short timeframe. Within a few days they had inspected all of the trusses, taken several photos, and given me a plan for repair. They set me up with their online project site where I could track their progress and download photos. All contacts by phone and in person were friendly and professional.

A few days later the repairman came over. He covered the floor and walls surrounding the attic entrance. While making the repairs, he photographed each step, and was done and gone within an hour.

I forwarded the photos and the project contract and receipt to my realtor, putting to rest any concerns the buyer might have.

In summary, this was a simple job costing me less than $400. Yet TWD treated me as if I was a long-time customer. I will certainly call them for remodeling work on my new home. I highly recommend their services.

Small project but with BIG results! Attention to detail as well as keeping schedules are huge to me. My remodel project could not have gone easier and without any of the stress of a typical remodel! Ray and Tatum took the hassle out of our remodel and left me with a dazzling bathroom and driveway that now has huge curb appeal. I have referred Ray and Tatum to two other friends-- One that already has had the same great results with their projects and the other one excited to start. My main water line broke. I needed access through my driveway in a hurry. Charlie sent someone very quickly which allowed the plumber to start work. The plumber was impressed and couldn’t believe how straight the cut was and that there were no chips at all!! This is the second time I’ve used Charlie. I will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs concrete work.

Our experience with E&S was excellent. We will use them when we paint the interior.

I'm kinda disappointed. I was really looking forward to doing business with these folks and they do have quite a selection of materials that I really liked, however...

I went and picked out a perfect live edge slab and after figuring the board foot and total price was told $6/board foot. When I went back to pay for it, the price was suddenly $10/bd.ft. I mean, $6 was a great price and all, but it felt very misleading to have the price nearly double in the time it took to go from the warehouse to the design center. I guess it may have been an honest mistake, but still, buyer beware.

Returned my call quickly, friendly, easy to work with, polite, neat, very professional. Good work of painting my garage. Kept me informed and was punctual.
