Graco Home Remodeling was great from start to finish! Ignacio Carrion is very professional and has amazing customer service. The Graco team is always flexible, available, and punctual to get the work done around my busy schedule. I loved that they provided photos of the damage on my roof when quoting the work that needed to be done. The cost was very fair and competitive (nothing was overpriced). I am so happy with the work they did and recommend them to everyone.

From the top guy, Leo Norris, who brought the drying equipment the day after Christmas, to all the workers - Cee, Mario, Nico, Raul, Julio - who came daily to rip out, scrape, clean, pack, and take care of our situation, until it was all dry!! Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He completed our bathroom remodel in about 2 weeks. This experience was worlds above our last experience with a different company. I would definitely recommend him.

Recently, had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof. The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).

AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in. In few days, it was like it did not happened.

Eric and Cameron were a delight to have in our home. Eric is very friendly and goes above and beyond. They did a great job with our initial water damage repairs so we hired them to paint our cabinets as well. Everything turned out great and we’d hire them again if we needed to!

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

March 2018 referred by online contractor listing thru USAA. Russ Hermann personally came out and did all the measurements and provided us a quote to build a covered patio on our house. At that time they had good reliable people and they did a great job, all done very professionally and Russ did a final walkthru and touchup. we were very satisfied. The house looked great after the job was done.
2021- Apparently the company has changed and added a partner Mario Rios who is not reliable, does not follow-up on the job and cannot be contacted during or after the job is done. The work that was discussed was not done but prompt payment was expected anyway. I paid them off to get the lien off the house and had to finish the job myself. Mario uses his family to do the work and does not provide guidance to them on what is to be done except by phone. Looks like Russ Hermann is not running the company anymore and the lack of quality on the job and after really shows. I cannot recommend this company anymore.
