I have been renting my home for 3+ years and no matter what issues we have had maintenance wise, it always gets done in a timely and professional manner. Our maintenance technician, Norm, who usually handles our work orders is always friendly, professional, and has awesome time management so he gets the jobs done in a timely manner. His work always looks neat and clean and maintains the integrity of the home. I love renting from PJ Hussey and I’m very thankful for the entire staff to be honest!! Thank you Norm for always doing the best job when you come out!!

Had a pipe break on an outdoor faucet in a very difficult place. Our handyman worked very diligently and patiently to get it done right. While there he spotted that our side gate was balky---he fixed it in a couple of minutes w/o a charge. Very friendly, fair pricing and great work. Exactly what I was looking for.

A friend recommended the Luxury Remodels Company to us, and we contacted them to remodel our restaurant. Impressed with their services, we will not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!

We hired ATR Handyman services to help us with small repairs on our vacation rentals- COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. They are super organized, clean (even arriving with shoe protectors which i SO appreciate post cleaning!), and even took before/after photos. A+++++++

We have used Lon for two major redesign projects (kitchen and bath) in the last few years. We couldn’t be more pleased! Lon and his crew were attentive to our needs/changes and worked hard to overcome two big challenges (gas line and plumbing overhaul) that came up during the projects. His crew was great to work with and above all they’re quality craftsmen! I would highly recommend using them and we certainly will on our next project.

I hired Jeremy the Handyman/First Leaf Construction to correct a poorly sized attic opening at my older home. Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. Now, I’m a returning customer of First Leaf Construction/Jeremy The Handyman. This time, Jeremy and team did an outstanding job fixing my old garage doors, replacing rotten window frame wood and patching areas of stucco for painting prep. This was a terrible experience. I had a project with them for 6 months that was very simple. They lied for months and never once called or emailed to provide a progress report for months!. Not sure how they’re in business. Run

Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.

Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
