Omg where to start!! We had our drainage pipes replaced because they because it busted all threw out home !! Acuity builders was amazing!!! We had started with a different company with our kitchen, needless to say we didn’t let them go any further! We hired Acuity builders , what a difference between the two companies!! From start to finish , Gaby did our walk through and estimate, answered all questions and dealt with the insurance company!! Matthew was the foreman for a project . Him and his team did a beautiful job on our bedroom and bathroom ! We did some upgrades to our bathroom and our bedroom floor, Mattew gave me an estimate and stuck to it !!! Matthew was very communicated and answered all questions! After 6 months of being out of our home they came in took over like a⭐️ Boss ⭐️and got us home !!! Thank you so much !! We will be using them in the future!!

I hired Jeremy the Handyman/First Leaf Construction to correct a poorly sized attic opening at my older home. Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.

Been doing business with Dave for years now, would recommend his company to anyone who needs a good contractor!

March 2018 referred by online contractor listing thru USAA. Russ Hermann personally came out and did all the measurements and provided us a quote to build a covered patio on our house. At that time they had good reliable people and they did a great job, all done very professionally and Russ did a final walkthru and touchup. we were very satisfied. The house looked great after the job was done.
2021- Apparently the company has changed and added a partner Mario Rios who is not reliable, does not follow-up on the job and cannot be contacted during or after the job is done. The work that was discussed was not done but prompt payment was expected anyway. I paid them off to get the lien off the house and had to finish the job myself. Mario uses his family to do the work and does not provide guidance to them on what is to be done except by phone. Looks like Russ Hermann is not running the company anymore and the lack of quality on the job and after really shows. I cannot recommend this company anymore.
