Best Office Building in Phoenix AZ

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

Pro Bathtub Refinishing refinished our bathtub and tile surround in our guest bathroom. It looked like new when they were finished. We were selling the house and many potential purchasers stated that the tub had been replaced--it was in fact the old steel green 1958 bathtub. The tile work also looked new. The service was exceptional, they showed up on time, protected the surrounding area, and made the bathroom spotless. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their bathroom brightened up.

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Recently had an interior door widened to permit wheelchair access at my son's group home. Republic West sent a terrific carpenter to do the job. He arrived promptly and immediately prepared the area to keep it as clean as possible. He worked steadily and efficiently during the three hours and the final job is excellent. When finished, he was quite thorough in cleaning up the mess. No one could guess this was not the original door, frame, and moulding. Assuming his work is indicative of the quality of remodeling done by Republic West, I will recommend them to others. (P.S. Our wheelchair users send a great big THANK YOU!)

Wow this guy is incredible. The owner Dion was very flexible with the scheduling he made sure to adjust the scheduling of the estimate so I can pitch my kids up from school. Then I ended up changing my mind about the color I wanted for my kitchen and dion took the paint back for me and exchanged it for the new color I wanted. He understood that I am a busy single parent and made me feel very comfortable whenever he brought his crew around. He even introduced everyone to my kids so they would feel comfortable.On to the quality of work , it's simply superb! I've wanted to redo my kitchen and bathrooms for years and the turn out was even better than I imagined. I've already recommended Dion to several friends and they have all been very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism dion and his crew showed them. I'll be calling him for all my future construction and carpet cleaning needs.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

Sebastian and Vincent did a beautiful job installing our cabinets. I work in customer service and they were so personable, friendly, and professional when they completed my install. We look forward to working them again in the future for replacing and updating more cabinets in our home.

Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality.
