Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

TWD provided a couple of solutions for cracked ceilings in our house. One was a less expensive repair but might not solve the problem of preventing further cracks. We choose the more expensive approach that would prevent future cracks. The work was very high quality and the workers did an excellent job of protecting floors and large furniture from dust. I was very impressed with their approach from the initial review and picture taking to the on line posting of the work so I could review the job. I found the entire organization to be very professional. I would recommend anyone looking for a drywall repair or remodeling work to visit their show room and obtain a quote from TWD.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. This was my mother (Becky) dream kitchen. Dad made sure it was what she wanted. I gave her great Joy. During this time we discovered she had cancer. All though she did not cook much as the cancer got worse. She always had smile whether in it or looking at it. Dad has always she was more than worth it and wished it could have been done sooner. Joe and his teem did a wonderful job. Some snags now and then. They did more than just the kitchen. Moved a wall, fixed nice enclosed launder, took out a fire place, and replaced the doors. Mom is with Jesus 6 years now and we still talk about how Joe's work made her happy. Thank you Joe

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

Keith and his crew were great.
My husband and I previously had two of my kitchens remodeled and We knew exactly what ww wanted in my new home. We wanted a huge kitchen island that can accommodate our family gatherings.
My husband is a realtor , so we looked at over 100 houses before we found one with a kitchen that can be remodeled to our needs.
I have contacted two of my previous contracted with pictures of what we wanted and both told me that the biggest island they can do is 108”.
That’s when I started looking around and found Serranos Surfaces.
I contacted Keith and sent him multiple designs. At that point we still haven’t moved into our new home.
Keith was prompt to response and assured me that he will be able to get the job done.
Our initial project was only to redo the kitchen island. But when Kieth came into our home and did all the measurements, we realized that we can afford to redo all the kitchen countertop.
Two weeks later we had our dream 123” island.
We are extremely happy how smooth this project went.
