My wife and I have remolded 4 different homes with 4 different contractors. API with out a doubt was the best contractor we have ever used. Sherry our general was on site almost everyday overseeing the days progress . My wife and I are very particular and Sherry made sure everything was perfect every step of the way. She even had a running list of items to be corrected before we had noticed them. If you've ever had to have a contractor come back to fix something after a big project you will know how invaluable that is. I will tell you that with the rising cost of construction if you want your next project done right and the best quality I would only use API.

These guys remodeled our dental office front area and did a wonderful job, I would recommend if your looking for a quality contractor that doesn't overcharge for their service!

This business came out for a visit and seemingly did a thorough job dealing with our issues however we continued to have issues that were urgent and we had to shut off our main water supply . I immediately texted and called with a very urgent need and willing to pay but no response ! .. I was so confused because they seemed to be very service oriented so I gave them another chance . I literally said “please help us asap”. I was very surprised to find they didn’t respond again.. no response for me equals =one star.
