She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

Phenomenal! On the date that my condo sale was supposed to close, I received an e-mail from a lender telling me that underwriting was delaying the close date (again) due to burn marks on the GFI outlet cover. This was information I should have received weeks ago and I needed a quick turnaround so as not to delay the close date much further. I left a VM at around 6:00 p.m., received a call from Will on my way home from work that same evening and Dave came out, inspected the issue (arcing) and replaced the GFI during the lunch hour. Incredible response time and great follow up. I could not be happier and I recommend them highly to anyone!!! My wife is a realtor and she will definitely refer Arizona Electrical Solutions to her clients in need! Thanks Will and Dave!!!

Man, where do I begin!? I had to get a stucco patch repaired for my condo and all the quotes I got were absolutely ridiculous. Then came Ubaldo, the owner of Ochoa Plastering LLC. He gave me a quote that was cheaper from competitors by 100-200 dollars and did a PERFECT job. Literally looks identical to the rest of the wall. He is also super punctual, professional, and a very nice individual. With over 20 years of stucco experience you won’t get a better deal anywhere in the valley. Trust what this man says, he isn’t out for your money like others, he will do a great job and give you a fair deal. Gracias Ubaldo I’ll definitely be reaching out in the future!!
