Purchased over a year ago and they have still not gotten all installed and working. Also owe us a refund on two shower shelves and possibly for tile used in one bathroom (the original bid was to include a tile, but they later said they didn't have that tile. Bid never adjusted). Now they just don't answer the phone or accept faxes. Two people formerly with them have left. Our job and bill still not fiished

They had been recommended by Silver City Restorations and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. The shower looks great and they did exactly how I wanted to be setup and it really does looks amazing. Definitely telling all my friends about them.

Home Concepts was incredibly helpful when we discovered damage from a poorly installed shower that leaked and caused water damage in our bathroom and bedroom. They did a great job in helping us to get the repairs approved by insurance and underway!

ABA remodeled my home - kitchen, baths, new flooring, raised kitchen ceiling, rerouted HVAC, new windows and doors plus more. It has been transformed into a tranquil and beautiful space! Joe's attention to detail such as tile baseboards in the bathroom, granite window sill in the kitchen, and tiling the complete area before installing cabinets and closet doors are some of the small details that make this home stand out. Several people have commented that my home feels very open and peaceful and it's only 1200 square feet! I can't decide which is my favorite - my zero threshold shower or the large wall of windows in the living room. Joe kept me informed of next steps and when the unexpected happened, his crew was ready with a solution. The demo/tile crew impressed me so much! Total disappointment. Honestly never dealt with a sketchy business such as this. Took days off, waited months & hours, got prepared & well rested for today's appointment only to find out my counters & backsplash weren't even cut yet. And finding out that alone took hours (& I had to call). Literally sick to my stomach about it. Had to cancel the backsplash since they are unaware when it'll be cut. It was supposed to be cut by today! Not one phone call about these sketchy delays before today. I honestly don't even want these counters.

An Outstanding company to deal with. We have long wanted our dream kitchen. Finally deciding to move forward, we began our search last Summer (2018). First on our list was cabinets. We visited six or seven cabinetry companies in the Phoenix area as well as Lowes and Home Depot (we almost immediately scratched out the Big Box stores as being able to help us achieve our vision). We walked into Envision Cabinetry and we were greeted by Deborah Morris, an outstanding customer service person who understood almost immediately what our end goal was. After another visit or two and her visit to our house for measurements, we ordered Crystal cabinets (a MN fabricator). She helped us redesign our kitchen to deliver just what we were after. We also met Kris Beeman, the company owner and discovered he lives less than a mile from us. The order and delivery time gave us the time we needed to move forward with shopping for countertops, floor tiles, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. All came together on-time, on-budget (NO SURPRISES). Deborah told us she had the best cabinet installers and she was right. Everett Barker and his sons showed up on a Saturday and finished the install in less than six hours. All very meticulously installed. While any major project is stressful, our relationship with Kris and Deborah significantly reduced the stress. Highly recommend you visit them and they have our permission to put you in touch with us if you'd like to see the finished project.

Well I thought I was maybe going to start a relationship with them. She was gonna send me information and never did blew me off.

We contacted them to refloor a section of our house, we scheduled a rep to come. And they measured and we went down the following day to select tiles and they said they would contact us with a quote that never happened. We followed up 6 days later and they still have not responded.

I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.

The work they did was excellent, started and finished on time. Thanks for the service, the renovation was perfect.
