A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. We recently purchased a home in Peoria that was in need of updated finishes, paint and flooring. Being from out of state, we did not know who to contact. We were very lucky to receive a referral to Veny, and his business, AZ Granite and Remodeling. We had interviewed other contractors who did not seem interested in taking on the project. We found Veny to be quite different. He was eager to listen to our vision for the project, and he offered reasonable suggestions to save time and money. It was quite obvious that he knew what he was doing, and he gave us a written quote, which was very reasonable, after our first meeting. HIs crew took out the old worn floor tile, then replaced it with new tile. The entire indoors of the house was freshly painted. A kitchen island was constructed and new quartz countertops were installed throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the results, the timetable for completion, and the price we paid. We highly recommend AZ Granite and Remodeling.

Working with Premier was the best experience I have ever had with a remodel. They built out a new bathroom, wine room and kitchen. The end result was unbelievable. They were on top of communication, permits, updates, quality of work, etc.

I worked with Bri who did an excellent job designing my mid-century modern home. She made the process easy for me by not only designing but by coordinating the art, installation, trades, and work to pull off the design. Definitely 5 star work and service.

Chris Boulton and Cornerstone Cabinets did an amazing job of turning my 1980's cramped and outdated kitchen into a thing of beauty! Chris came up with some great space saving solutions and at the same time was very in tune with what I was looking for. My new cabinets are absolutely beautiful and great quality. I would highly recommend this company for any kitchen remodel!

While we didn't order our cabinets for the remodel we are currently undergoing... I will say that I would absolutely purchase cabinets from New Age if we were doing a New Build... These are cabinets that need to be absolutely appreciated in that kind of setting. Victor, the owner, gave us a tour of his facility and explained the entire process from start to finish!! I would enjoy having cabinets in a Matte' finish, which is mostly personal preference about the end result is absolutely beautiful!!

We lived in our bedrooms while Yourson remodeled the rest of our home. We weren’t sure if this was going to work, but with their help it did. The experience was painless. Every step of the way from picking out fixtures to paint colors was so easy with their help. We felt so comfortable with their crews as the remodel went along. Every suggestion they made was spot on. They raised ceilings, moved duct work, took out a kitchen wall, insulated the attic, put in porcelain tile flooring, gave us new storage areas, and lots more. Again, we were able to live in the house while this was all done. Attention to detail was evident. They really do become like family and they take extra care like you would for your family. We were so happy with how it turned out that the following summer we had them remodel our bathrooms. We left for a number of weeks while this was done and the finished looks were outstanding. They took our 1960’s home and brought it into today’s modern look. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with Yourson Contracting and every person who works there.
