Replaced existing bathtub/shower with stand-up shower. Plumbing fixture installations as well. Best investment ever for me! They were very professional and had it done in no time! It was a bit pricey and had me second guessing but looking back now it was well worth it! Old shower was dangerous for my elderly mother and you cant put a price one safety! The workers were very pleasant to be around and most of all we all love the shower!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

On another longtime customer's recommendation, we used Arizona Floors for the travertine flooring and granite counter tops for our remodel. Nicole was the designer, and she was EXTREMELY helpful. Communication & availability of staff was excellent. Nicole's skill and knowledge was amazing. She knows her stuff, and it helped in countless ways. She worked closely with the supplier of the granite slabs, taking exact measurements of the slabs themselves and crafting a layout for our kitchen that optimized the stone. That way, we only had to purchase two slabs, instead of three, saving us hundreds of dollars. Installation of both floor & counter top was PERFECT. I used to work for a floor covering company, so my standards and expectations were high, but Arizona Floors did not fail. I highly recommend the company to anyone.

I purchased a dremmil kit posted for it with out having the dremmil I was told on Thursday I can get it but when I went to get it they couldn't find my paper work these people only worried about us stealing from there store when I posted for my item in advance today I'm going to pick it up cause the said they would bring it from the other store I'll let you know if that actually do that
