My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! I highly recommend Rhino Construction and was so fortunate to find them! I chose them to restore my bathroom after significant plumbing work 4’ down due to root intrusion. Their tile work is so meticulous and techs very polite and respectful! Jacqueline is very sweet and always texted me to advise exactly who would be arriving and when. They were always on time. Best of all, we know things don’t always go perfectly, but owner Everardo was ALWAYS available to his techs and also me. I would 100% hire Rhino again as they are doing things right and actually care about their customer.

Total disappointment. Honestly never dealt with a sketchy business such as this. Took days off, waited months & hours, got prepared & well rested for today's appointment only to find out my counters & backsplash weren't even cut yet. And finding out that alone took hours (& I had to call). Literally sick to my stomach about it. Had to cancel the backsplash since they are unaware when it'll be cut. It was supposed to be cut by today! Not one phone call about these sketchy delays before today. I honestly don't even want these counters.

The transformation was amazing! From (yawn) builder's model aging cabinets, counters, bath and floors to modern WOW! We felt like we had moved to a new home! The staff were courteous, helpful and patient. They took our general thoughts about what we wanted and helped us pull it all together into a remodel that amazed our neighbors and friends. Customer service is often just lip service. With Granite Transformations it was part of their business ethics.

There was no stress for me when working with Aria, which was a refreshing experience, and they left our project looking beautiful. Just amazing.

Watch out for these guys on the road they drive like maniacs especially the guy in the black truck. He tailgated me all the way down the I17 during rush hour in the carpool lane with my kid. I was going as fast as i could, 80 mph wasnt fast enough for him. Move over and save yourself and others.
