I hired Alan to demo shower tile & reinstall new tile in our bathroom. From start to finish Alan & his sister were very professional. I made a mistake with tile & they were very understanding. They completed the job & the end product is outstanding. Very high quality work at an affordable price. I would highly recommend Alan's flooring.

The work hasn’t even been started yet after over 3 months going back and forth and starting from the top on every contact. Cannot provide us an accurate or complete quote of the work supposed to be starting in a weeks time. Will not work with us to include work we need or want done with the restoration. Having been living with black mold growing daily for 4 months already and at this point just going to accept it and find another company.

I met Oron from FHR when I first bought my house about a year ago. I bought the house knowing I’d expand the 2car Garage with a third Garage and had ideas for creating a very large extended storage with extra space between the old and new Garage. FHR was able to consult with me on my ideas and helped design a beautiful plan for the layout. They have connections to many different skill sets and were able to bring to bare all the resources needed for cement driveway, paver design extensions, roofing extensions, stucco matching, outer home paint matching, baseboards throughout storage and garage, doorways, interior insulation, interior painting, sealed the garage floors which look stellar, landscaping, etc.

They were licensed and bonded and anticipated much of the needs around scheduling etc to make it painless for someone who travels a great deal.

I also used them to do Travertine flooring throughout my home and they did and excellent job as well as getting me a much better deal in Tile than tgatvis was seeing otherwise

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Shannon at Bespoke Builders is awesome. He’s work is high in quality and efficiency. Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Shannon was professional and was able to complete his work around our busy clinic schedule. The quality of his work is high and I am well pleased with the final product! I would recommend Bespoke Builders to business owners who are looking for quick, efficient, and highly competent general contractor work!

I called AM/PM to come out to review a water leak. After 10 minutes in my home, my insurance company called and recommended to me that I should ask them to leave until the insurance company could review the situation. I did so, and AM/PM sent me a bill for $468 for the 10 minutes they were at my house. I said I needed to work with my insurance company on billing. A week later they sent me a nasty email stating they were raising the price 33% unless I paid that day. While I was out of a house dealing with a major problem this company tried to exploit my situation and strong arm me into paying without going through the proper insurance channels. After requesting they not act in this manner and that I was still waiting on a response, they become unresponsive and sent a threatening letter saying a lien would be put on me if I didn't pay immediately. All of us this was only 3 weeks after the initial services were rendered. I would strongly recommend no one doing business with a company that chooses to operate in this manner.

Cleaning service was amazing! Was able to point out specific items to focus on in the house. They were very responsive and was able to get an appointment within the same week.

This work was performed at my 89 year old mother's house. They were very considerate of her. The job was done in a very timely manner! The owner Eric would call me and keep us updated! Would definitely use them again if needed. Very pleased.

I called with an emergency sewage backup problem and they had a service technician out within 2 hours. The problem was solved and they followed up with a camera inspection of the drain line to confirm that there were no tree roots or damage to the drain. Great service. Fair price.

We received great service from this company. They replaced our roof and painted the interior of our home. We also had new carpet installed. They answered our questions , addressed any concerns and made us happy. I really appreciated their professionalism.

This man should not be building houses or in the construction business period.
Where to start, at the beginning when we got our plans approved, my wife and I had asked for a copy (which I received 11 months later). Several instances we would meet/talk about things to happen to/for the house. He never took notes and always forgot things. We were the ones to initiate anything going on. Paint colors, counter tops etc. Whenever we would schedule appointments he was either late, just forgot or didn’t show. Simple instructions were not followed on several occasions I had complained to him I did not like the language barrier between the people working on the house and ourselves. I was asking for one thing and getting another. e.g.(gas line was put in after the dry wall was done, laundry room sink was forgot about until after paint was done, no back yard light, water line issues, the countertop was ordered without all the measurements for cut outs, water heater closet wasn’t taped or mudded until after paint).
We watched as our house sat with nothing being done for three months straight. He gave us a move in date of mid-Oct, then Nov 2nd and finally Nov 20th. He had to pay rent for a month which should have been two months at the rental house I was at, due to procrastination. We had a 1 year loss of use on our insurance policy and he used every bit of it, and then some.
For the next week we still had stuff being done. He said let me get my guys to do it, his guys are the one that took 8 hours to install a microwave oven and still had to call someone in to build a simple soffit for the oven/microwave vent. Or the landscaping crew that destroyed our exotic vine not once but twice. Landscaping isn’t or wasn’t part of his contract. What was part of the contract was a port-a-john which was not put in until after I complained about picking up human feces, left by his workers on my property. He likes to use unskilled & unlicensed workers so he can save the money. Most of the work done at my house happened on the weekends. There wasn’t one aspect of the construction process that wasn’t screwed up, except roofing & demolition. Framing was warped (at least that what the other drywall company said after an inspection) plumbing , gas, framing, drywall, electrical
Or we were being lied to on more than one occasion

Small family owned contractor with sense for detail

I cannot recommend this company.
I setup an appointment with them, for a quote for a couple of different projects. I was given a date/time that was 1 week out.
Nobody ever showed up (no call/no show).
After I called them back, they told me they would check what happened and get right back to me.
Never heard back again.
I called a 3rd time and asked for another appointment, but again, never heard a thing.
Unreliable company - Safe yourself headaches and time and go with somebody that appreciates you as a customer.
