From the first meeting with James, I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He took pictures of the kitchen and explained what I was looking at and allowed me to ask questions. The second meeting was to discuss installation details. He was also very attentive and told me he would be on site and to direct any questions to him during the installation. I received personal attention every step of the way and the kitchen looks fabulous!!

Carrie and Hiram were awesome. They put new lights in my kitchen and new ceiling fans in my bedrooms and living room. Sheworks had redone our school lounge so I knew what great work they do. That is why I called them. I won't hesitate to call them again.

I'm surprised to see the positive reviews. Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle his project load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contractor's work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.

We had Nick Kayser owner of Mustache Approved Remodeling do one of our bathrooms. My best decision was to contract with Nick. He has 20 years in the Remodeling business. He is very honest, trustworthy, pays attention to ever little detail and provides good recommendations. When you contract with him, he provides a complete detailed schedule of the project and it is provided to the customer. You cannot go wrong with Nick. Contact Nick's company for your next Remolding project and be very happy when it is completed.

These guys are great. It's rare to find a handyman who is creative enough to solve difficult, small tasks as well as skilled enough to handle the big ones. They are always responsive, flexible when they need to be and most importantly, they always get the job done. I can't recommend them enough!

So pleased with the service and craftsmanship from Aria Builders ! From the initial estimate to the thorough clean-up after he was finished, The work was detailed and high quality. It's rare to find a repair person who understands and values both the science and art of their trade. He repaired/replaced two corner bead areas where there was settlement cracks and did some significant crack and drywall repair on the walls and ceiling on a covered patio. He helped me understand the flaws in some of the original materials and how his repairs would overcome those challenges and result in stronger walls. He is very knowledgeable and his work is just beautiful. I could not be more pleased and would definitely reach out to Aria Builders again for any future drywall repair needs.

Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! Part of Chain link fence needed repairing to keep from falling down. Dave found the problem, got the parts needed and quickly got the repairs done. The fence now looks great. Dave was professional, and knowlegeable and left the area clean and tidy.I highly recommend Ace Handyman Service to others and would not hesitate to call them again for future projects.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

Really grateful for the Reverse Osmosis System Tory installed in my condo today. For years accessing water has been such a hassle— from carrying water up flights of stairs, to the cost of water delivery and replacing disposable water filters every month. Today all of that ended!!! I have unlimited clean drinking water flowing from my sink, just in time for the summer!
