I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

Steven installed a mantel Mount 540 for me and also connected my home theater system. The entire job was done very professionally. He had to come for a second time as one my equipment did not work and he did not even charge for the second visit, even though my equipment did not work. I will be asking for his help for all my AV needs, and would highly recommend you do the same
