Not many.

I've personally seen him have his tile sub contractors remove some tile to get it right. Here, the Butler Casita shows the beauty of those joints.

It isn't just tile—everything must line up and look clean and crisp. Notice the glass doors, cabinetry & general installation?

We used FHR Construction to replace old kitchen cabinets. The new cabinets are amazing, we also added an island as they recommended and it came out beautiful!
They painted the kitchen and added lights under the cabinets (with a dimmer!!) so it looks amazing at night.

Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

AZ Commercial Builders do amazing work and often go above and beyond whats called for to get me what I need. I own a few restaurants in the Phoenix area. Highly recommend them for commercial space work. Great portfolio and they stand behind everything they do.

I had the pleasure of working with the Form Third team on various projects in the past. I learned so much and quickly that there’s no experience quite like a design-build where the whole process is handled by a single team of professionals.

With budgets and construction schedules considered as early as the conceptual design phase, the projects could be envisioned knowing that they would come to life with integrity. It was extremely satisfying to be part of the whole process, from conception through construction. Not only are the people who make up the team knowledgeable and innovative, they’re also very transparent with expectations and process. There’s very little the team can’t accomplish, or won’t do to streamline the process and make it a positive experience for clients.

WeBuildPHX built our home which we are absolutely in love with! The house has so many extras that we discovered after moving in. The builders anticipated the needs and wants that a future home owner might have and it truly feels like this home was built with us in mind. We are so fortunate to have found it and gotten it off the market before someone else did. Bryan and Dustin have been amazing to work with while purchasing the home, walk throughs, and even checking in to make sure we have what we need, sending over quotes for the blinds, recommending companies and restaurants in the area, etc. if you are looking for a new home or remodel, you are in good hands with WeBuildPHX.

Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didn't like the high pressure technique) February 2020. It's now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldn't continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they can't schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times I've requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they can't deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said she'd have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.
