Wayne and Andrew arrived for our bathroom project and were friendly and courteous. They completed the project in less time than expected and kept us very informed during the whole process. We are very happy with the finished product!

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

You're going to get a decent build.

My wife and I have remolded 4 different homes with 4 different contractors. API with out a doubt was the best contractor we have ever used. Sherry our general was on site almost everyday overseeing the days progress . My wife and I are very particular and Sherry made sure everything was perfect every step of the way. She even had a running list of items to be corrected before we had noticed them. If you've ever had to have a contractor come back to fix something after a big project you will know how invaluable that is. I will tell you that with the rising cost of construction if you want your next project done right and the best quality I would only use API.

My experience with FHR has been nothing short of amazing! I chose to work with them after having to shop contractors due to an insurance claim I opened on my new home due to a leak. Dealing with insurance companies can be frustrating to say the least and Oron and his team assured me they would handle all of the correspondence with the insurance company.

I am several months into my extensive remodel (and almost done) and FHR has kept their promise on virtually everything. Their complete services were something that was so necessary to my family especially since we were new to the area with zero contacts.

The remodel is going extremely smooth and is exactly what I wanted. I have had workers in and out of my house every day for quite a few months and each of them have been a more than a delight to be around. I would recommend FHR to anyone wanting to not have to worry or lift a finger during a remodel process. I had the pleasure of working with the Form Third team on various projects in the past. I learned so much and quickly that there’s no experience quite like a design-build where the whole process is handled by a single team of professionals.

With budgets and construction schedules considered as early as the conceptual design phase, the projects could be envisioned knowing that they would come to life with integrity. It was extremely satisfying to be part of the whole process, from conception through construction. Not only are the people who make up the team knowledgeable and innovative, they’re also very transparent with expectations and process. There’s very little the team can’t accomplish, or won’t do to streamline the process and make it a positive experience for clients.

WeBuildRes is a very professional company from top to bottom. Scott, Tyler and Bryan were creative and yet very easy to work with. Their subcontractors are on time, courteous and clean. We had a devastating flood in our house and WeBuildRes did an amazing job making our house better and much more livable than before. I am in the Construction industry and I would strongly recommend them to anyone for projects large or small.

Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible
