They promptly arranged for a new craftsman, Bartolo, to come and correct the problems. He resolved the issues with concern and excellent service. There was no additional charge as the work was covered by a one year warranty. We can now recommend AceHandyman Services, and Bartolo in particular.

They did a great job installing our new windows and door. Everything looks beautiful and the workers were extremely professional. The came in, worked hard all day, and completely cleaned up any mess before they left. Great company!!!

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
