My wife and I hired Praveen and his team to completely remodel 2 bathrooms and replace the floor tile in the kitchen of a condo. From the first day of demolition to clean up on the last day, Praveen and his team did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Unlike many remodelers, Praveen will work with you to keep the cost of the project within your budget (we were able to buy some of the fixtures at a great discount and Praveen and his team handled the installation).

We were very impressed with the character and quality of each of the teams involved in the project. They were polite and professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. The thing we were most impressed with was Praveen’s approach to our remodel. It wasn’t just a project, it was a partnership. When we were having difficulty finding someone replace our hot water heater and change out of angle values at a reasonable price, Praveen was able to set us up with his plumber (Les Beaman) who did a great job and saved us several hundred dollars.

The other thing we were impressed with is the total commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. When we ran into an issue between the tile guys and the plumber, Praveen and his various subcontractors worked together to come up with a creative solution that minimized rework and kept the project on schedule. The teamwork was fantastic. The bottom line is that Praveen and his team did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and the results were amazing. Should my wife and I have another remodeling project in the future, I will be making just one phone call to Praveen.

I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.

We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.

To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.

We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.

The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.

Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.

He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.

The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.

Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.

When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.

We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.

I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

I read the great reviews on here and yelp and contacted them on June 1st to get a quote. Dan asked for a sketch on June 1st and I provided him with that. On June 4th I followed up to see if he was going to be able to provide us with a quote. He did get back the same day and say he would provide a quote to us later that same day but still got nothing from him. I understand people get busy but find it very unprofessional that he can not even respond back to let me know and even originally I have always had to be the one to follow up. They may do great work but obviously are too busy now or our project is too small. Either way it is bad customer service and not professional.

We're very happy with the cabinets we got through Eric at Authentic Custom Cabinetry! Eric also helped us get the other high-quality and affordable contractors -- plumber, electrician, drywall, installers -- needed for our kitchen expansion project. The results look great!

I love, love, love my new master bath by Home Makeover Creations. Every aspect of it is perfect and it turned out exactly as I pictured! Even better is the great team of people who made it happen -- from the front end design by Debbie & Cheyenne, to execution by Jeromie and his crew. They are exceptionally nice and dependable. Follow-through on their 2-year warranty is impressive. I highly recommend this company.

We worked with Hunt’s Kitchen and Design to update our cabinets and would highly recommend them. After getting multiple quotes for the project, they stood out from everyone. They were by far the best to work with on creating the design and in all aspects of communication. They were the only designers who really tuned it into a collaborative process, which eliminated the multiple iterations required by the other people we got quotes from. This resulted in us having a final design and price from them in less than half the time with even more attention to our needs and to how we would use our kitchen. Although we don’t have the biggest or most expensive kitchen, Josh and Jeff made us feel like they were genuinely excited about working with us on the project, and you can tell that they really care about their clients.

I love Cardinal Cabinets. They gave my kitchen new life with a great deal on kitchen cabinets. And the installers were fantastic very polite and professional.

I have had the privilege of using Classy Closets to remodel two bathrooms and a kitchen. They are amazing to work with. It's one stop shopping. They take care of you from the beginning design to the finished product. They give you a time line and are very good at sticking to it. I really just can't say enough good things. Totally professional and timely. I've one more bathroom left to remodel. Will be calling Classy Closets when its time.

We used West Valley Kitchen and Bath for a major remodel project in our home. They took care of all our needs including replacing flooring, removing walls, designing and building a new kitchen and media wall, updating three baths and all new paint. The quality of the work was top notch and I would highly recommend them. Kim & Dave are honest and super easy to work with and have become good friends in the process.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. I am not blowing smoke when I say this squad absolutely crushed our kitchen and flooring remodel. Kyle and his team provided top quality work with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I relocated to Gilbert, AZ from California in December 2021. We purchased a house that needed updating and promptly started looking for local contractors because we wanted to remodel prior to fully moving in. During our research, we came across Capital Mark Interiors. We were absolutely astonished by the projects showcased on the website, and we knew that we wanted to snag this team for our remodel. We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! The Apollo team built a beautiful enclosed bar in our game room. This project required demo of an existing smaller bar wall and a large closet to create the new space. From the beginning of the project to the end, Tyler and his team took great care to keep the project area clean and contained. The subcontractors used were professional and of the highest quality. The supervisor of this project communicated with us proactively and also responded to any questions we had along the way in a very timely manner. Most importantly, the end product is beautiful and we are very happy with our new bar.

I was so relieved to find out about Johan when I needed major fixing of my flooring (other company told me I was on my own when it turned out that concrete in my condo was not level to what they wanted for laying new flooring). Johan had previously done repair work of my mother’s flooring in her home as well, and we cannot say enough about how valuable he was to us! He does impeccably high quality work, is so nice to work with, is honest and ethical with his advice, and is so reasonable and fair with the cost! He was also very accommodating, and willing to come out to do the work on such short notice. So grateful for Johan and his company!

Burton and his team are absolutely the best. I can't even think of what to say because I have so many great thoughts at once. He is responsive, and fun and wonderful to work with. I bought a townhouse and gutted it and he made what should have been a miserable experience a great one. My place looks amazing, he had incredible helpful suggestions - which I took and I am so happy that I did, he was right about literally everything. As someone else said, there were no surprises, he told me upfront what everything would cost and what he thought I should do and stuck to it. He even bailed me out of a self inflicted jam. I put tile everywhere, all the flooring, the showers - it is just beautiful. He said his guy is an artist and I believe him. They showed up when they said they would, they went so far above and beyond what I ever expected and everything they touched is just gorgeous. He knows what he is doing.

Stop hunting, just hire Burton. You will never regret it.
