My drywall needed to be repaired and replaced, as well as needing an entire exterior paint job. We did the usual thing of searching, reading reviews and getting estimates. We were getting quotes that were way too high and the recommendations for those companies weren’t great. Then we met with Aria Builders , who gave us the most value and upgrades for the money. The process was fast and efficient. The owner Gibran, went out of his way to show us samples, waited patiently for us to explain what we needed and went above and beyond to execute an astonishing renovation on the house. Having a disaster is a very stressful situation, thankfully I was recommended to ACR from a friend. They were professional and very helpful in explaining all the steps in the process. The technician came out in middle of the night to extract the water. They handled the loss from the dry out to the put back. I am thankful for their help in getting my house back to the way it was.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

David brings so much relevant and expert experience to each project and it shows in the finished work of art. His proven process of helping his clients go from concept drawings to “Welcome to your new home!” is the best I have ever seen. It makes building a custom home an enjoyable experience. We asked Andrew to talk us through options with our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel and he was able to provide some amazing ideas and suggestions. All the work was professionally done and it was great to see everything come together. We ended up tearing down a kitchen wall, moving plumbing, electrical, and water lines, and a complete gutting and redo of our bathroom. Both look awesome!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
