I had no idea how much damage a toilet back up could cause... Water poured out from my toilets and showers throughout my home and damaged my wood flooring throughout the majority of the house. I was so relieved to come across such a great company that truly took the time to work with me throughout the entire process. I used FHR to remodel both of my bathrooms. They are now the nicest rooms in the house! Their work was great and they were on time and kept me in the loop throughout the project.

They do not mind answering questions. They always carry through. The subs they use are just as concerned about the quality of work they do. If 10 stars could be given I would do it without a second thought. Do not hesitate to hire them. It has been a privilege to know and work with them. It has been a worry free remodel.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

Princeton Construction is one of the top three contractors in the valley. They're capable of getting any project completed on time and without challenges.

Built a residential block wall for me. They were efficient with communication and very reasonable with working within a budget! Completed the work quickly too! I’d hire them again!

Great quality work, they gave me a timeframe and finish way before schedule. I definitely like that and compare to other people houses I can notice the difference. Definitely will call them for all my house related needs.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
