After having nightmare experiences with other contractors Good Guys was a breath of fresh air. They listened to what I wanted and after the very first visit gave me a design that was almost exactly what I had envisioned. They also had great suggestions for things I had not considered. They communicated with me every step of the way, even providing pictures and updates via their app while I was traveling. They were very respectful of me and my space and it was the cleanest construction project I have ever lived through. Of course there were a few challenges and changes along the way but they handled them professionally and I never felt like they were trying to increase the scope to increase the budget. I will not hesitate to use them on my next project!

Custom Creative Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom shower from a small snail-shaped to a beautiful spacious shower. The workers were always on time, were very meticulous, and even cleaned up after themselves well. The quality of the workmanship, especially by the guys who installed the tile was amazing. I chose 48 x 24 inch tile which was extremely heavy and difficult to work with, they took their time and were very precise with the installation. We even had an exposed pipe that had to have tile baseboard go over it, they figured out the fix by filing the back of the tile, you’d never know we had the problem. I was able to constantly contact them with questions and I believe I always had an answer the same day. It was pricey but that’s because of the products I chose. We had Custom Creative remodel our 3 other showers 2 years ago, and with each one we’ve been pleased. I highly recommend them.

Bobby and team completely remodeled two showers and a bath. They were terrific - customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and excellent communicators. Bobby checked-in frequently and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Overall, they made the entire process easy and I am delighted with the outcome. Recently, we had our master bathroom updated to something more innovative. With the upgrades, now we have a large walk-in shower with a jetted tub and a heated floor. We always wanted to have the feel of a luxury spa in our home. Additional storage was added under the sinks. After seeing a friend’s kitchen remodel and the high praise she gave Kyle and Capitol Mark my husband and I called and set up an appointment. We liked Mark from the beginning. He walked us through the kitchen remodel, explained what we needed to do. Kyle was always very professional, organized and punctual. A great communicator. His crew started demolition on time, cleaned up before they left. They took cabinets out, we had a gasoline put in, new cabinets, countertops, lighting, fans, countertops, sink and new appliances. The entire project was finished 3 days before it was scheduled to be completed. We were blown away! Who gets done on time?! Capitol Mark!
We were so impressed with the way the kitchen project went we hired Kyle and his team to remodel both of our bathrooms while we were back in Montana for the summer. That’s how much we trusted him and his crew. We face timed with Eric during the process. The project included taking a block window out, replacing with a smaller window, removing a tub, repositioning the shower, making the entry into the shower level for a wheel chair, tiling, new toilets, lighting, fan, countertops and cabinets. We flew down once to see the progress. Beautiful workmanship. .

This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.
