It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not. And when you work with people like Ellen you learn to appreciate it. Hope to work with her again on the next one.

We had Matador do a total remodel of our 3700 sqft home including full kitchen cabinets and countertops, master bath etc. I highly recommend choosing Matador for any project in your home. Ruben managed our project with excellent customer service. He really made us feel taken care of and any bump that came up he handled it. His team was highly professional and super clean which was important because we lived in the home the whole time. Their tile work is amazing on both the floors and bathroom. Damián was very detailed in working with the bathroom tile and it turned out great. Omar and Gerrardo were the fantastic painters and drywallers who worked so cleanly. Matador also fixed major plumbing and electrical issues for us. We are so pleased with the way it turned out that we have asked Matador to renovate the last few bedrooms of the home and our exterior as well. We highly recommend Matador, we couldn’t have been happier with the results!

Great company to work for

I recently had water damage in my home; needed drywalls replaced & texture. I contacted Aria Builders and sent pictures. Although they were very confident that they could match the texture; I wasn’t convinced due to previous bad texture jobs. Once they came out and did the repairs, I am amazed & very pleased! I cannot tell the difference from the original texture. They were very professional, polite prompt & caring.

Profesional stuff

Listen I understand construction isn’t a quiet jobs but it’s the fact that the works are here sometimes at 3am,4am,and 5am in the morning and have no care in the world. It starts with the trucking backing in and out them throwing stuff in the dumpster the machines just going at it all day seems like it’s almost none stop. I get it that have a job to get job and everything but the loud music on top of the already loud process is just unbelievable it’s not even 8 o’clock in the morning and they already have music blasted like if it is a 4th of July block party!! Some of us have different work schedules and I’m pretty sure I am not the only neighbor in the neighborhood that is deep annoyed but the rudeness of some of the construction workings. Once again I know it’s a loud job already but to add loud music and shouting on top of it all? How is anyone suppose to work or sleep through it?

We used this company when we had an insurance claim due to roof damage from a storm.
If I'm going to be honest, when we first started working with them I was not happy, the two they sent to start damage control were increasingly late to appointments- like appointment time is 10am but they show up at 8pm, kind of late. But I called their office and explained what was going on. They apologized profusely and then acted on what they said. Their restoration and construction teams were on time after that.
Communication was great and the work was outstanding, no matter how often we called with questions or concerns (new homeowners dealing with a leaky roof is scary!) they were polite and responsive.
Im confident now that my Ceiling and Roof are solid, they cleaned up both inside and outside before leaving and were polite.

My wife and I have remolded 4 different homes with 4 different contractors. API with out a doubt was the best contractor we have ever used. Sherry our general was on site almost everyday overseeing the days progress . My wife and I are very particular and Sherry made sure everything was perfect every step of the way. She even had a running list of items to be corrected before we had noticed them. If you've ever had to have a contractor come back to fix something after a big project you will know how invaluable that is. I will tell you that with the rising cost of construction if you want your next project done right and the best quality I would only use API.

From start to finish Oron and team were so professional. Robert and Adrian were so knowledgeable and helpful when 2 directions came up with how to take the project. They used their expertise to successfully create a bedroom out of my office with reflooring, base boarding, painting, demo work, and installing the closet.
Will recommend them going forward and as I have work in the future would always use them myself.

Ray and Tatum constructed our 16 by 14 foot Ramada and my wife and I could not be more delighted. They started and finished on time and we were pleasantly surprised at the cost of the project. Both Ray and Tatum listened, asked questions and designed a Ramada we are totally satisfied with. They were genuine, personable and knew what they were talking about. We will use them for future projects and we whole heartily recommend Ray Ouellette General Contracting.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

No support from office, empty promises and hypocrisy.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
