Best Residential Project in Phoenix AZ

By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

The No Limits Team is a group of Rock Stars that does Amazing work! They arrived on time and completed the work and exceeded all expectations. Charley's crew are true craftsman. My new driveway looks amazing! I highly recommend No Limits to anyone looking for concrete and paver work! You will not be disappointed!

Shannon at Bespoke Builders is awesome. He’s work is high in quality and efficiency. Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Shannon was professional and was able to complete his work around our busy clinic schedule. The quality of his work is high and I am well pleased with the final product! The Construction Zone, ltd. (CZ) is known throughout the U.S. for it's signature style of refined Desert Modern Architecture. CZ & principal Andy Byrnes, have been the featured builder for Custom Home Builder Magazine, highlighted in Architectural Digest for their work with Lake|Flato (San Antonio, TX) and hand selected to produce the designs of noted architects (Will Bruder, Al Beadle, & Wendell Burnette). They take extreme pride in their work and are often quoted as saying, We are architects that build things.

Instead of just saying that they didn't want the job, they sent me an estimate for half the current value of my home; including $15k for a full bathroom remodel that requires no demo and the installation of 25 square feet of floor tile, a vanity, and a toilet, all of which has already been purchased. Even with markups I struggle to comprehend the hourly labor rate their subcontractors must charge.

Update: the PM and estimator were shown the purchased materials and design plans when they came to the home visit. I had to ask for the estimate, over 48 business hours after the home visit, and was given a quote of $147,500 for the work on my 900 square foot home. I felt insulted and judged unworthy of their services. Their response to this review didn't help.

Keith is a straight forward, honest contractor which is hard to find these days. Will recommend him to anyone that asks.

I hired TCG to update my kitchen. The project went very well start to finish. I had quartz countertops installed with a great tile black splash. New lighting was also done which was wonderful. The guys that did most of the work were on time, worked hard and left the job looking great and clean.

AZ Commercial Builders do amazing work and often go above and beyond whats called for to get me what I need. I own a few restaurants in the Phoenix area. Highly recommend them for commercial space work. Great portfolio and they stand behind everything they do.

JM Contracting was recommended to us by a friend as detailed, trustworthy and honest. Josh and his team were great. The tile work is beautiful. They had great suggestions to help with cost. In comparison JM has saved us $10k at least. We have a superb new bathroom and kitchen in our Phoenix home. The renovation was completed with the utmost professionalism, minimal dirt and disturbance to the rest of the house. They were a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this business to anyone wanting a trouble-free quality renovation.

Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
