They informed me that my unit was fine just needed some minor work done on it. So I’ve been using this company from then on and so has my in-laws. This time they cleaned out my vents/ducts. Eric at Authentic Custom Cabinetry was a pleasure to deal with. We got everything we asked for in our new kitchen. Others won't do the custom work we requested but Eric accommodated our needs with pleasure and professionalism and kept it substantially under budget.

I contacted him 5 years later for another job and he was just as nice and accommodating as he was the first time. You rarely find this old school commitment to customer service anymore. I don't need to look for anyone else other than his company now and in the future.
