Very impressed with Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath! We have been working with Adrian and his team on a few projects. Extremely thorough, high quality, and high attention to detail! From the beginning, they have been very professional. They had even provided us renderings of what our bathroom would look like, with sample material. The bathroom turned out soooo nice (will upload photos soon!). We are very happy that we hired Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath. We absolutely love our new bathroom.

Premier did a great job on our recent Mst Bath remodel. Can't say enough about how great of a job they did from prep work to cleanliness through completion. The tile work was exceptional. So happy we used them and will use them in the future.

I worked with Janice and she helped me find flooring for my house that I was having such a hard time finding anywhere else.

This is the fourth time we have used Urban Element. Quentin and team are beyond excellent. His quotes are well priced, comprehensive, and leave little room for surprises. His timeline is typically spot on. On our most recent project, we remodeled two of our bathrooms. We were living in the house during the project. His team was courteous, respectful, and extremely clean. Their work was fantastic and I am extremely happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Urban Element to anyone doing a home remodel. The price is fair, the communication is great, and the results speak for themselves. We were most impressed with every facet of the Luxury Remodels experience, from planning to execution to billing. They are reliable, skilled, personable professionals who want to make you happy. And we are.

We have used Ruidoso for tile installation, interior painting and exterior painting. Their attention to detail and quality of work is unparalleled in my opinion. The tile work include over 1500 sq feet, with two areas using a herringbone pattern and several other areas being 'directional'. They included borders of both solid color and diamond patterned borders to great effect.

Our paint work included white trim and off white walls with a dark accent color on select walls. The result is we feel like we are getting a brand new home.

Desert of Eden is by far the best contractor I have used (and I I have been through my share). Alex and Angel (owners) have dependable crews that do great work. If I had to use one word to describe Desert of Eden it would be “Integrity”. Integrity is defined as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. We initially hired DRC to complete some plans for an extensive renovation to our Scottsdale home. Dale made representations about their ability to do architectural plans, engineering calculations and also complete the construction. We should have read the signs early, he was an hour late to the initial meeting and then, during the next 9 months it took to get the plans finished, there were lots of mistakes and omissions. It felt like I was marking homework from a pre-schooler. Every time the next set of plans were provided there were omissions, mistakes and forgotten items we had spoken about at previous meetings where I had kept notes.
Dale never turned up with any notes, never took any notes and rarely remembered anything we spoke about. His attention to detail is lacking and his pricing is ridiculous. He wanted $27k for a portable potty rental and $8k for a new hot water heater!
The initial budget was $650k and this was confirmed to be still on track at a meeting in May (8 months in) where we requested an update as to when the plans would be finished and when we could get a bid. We finally got a partial bid in August after putting pressure on him, the bid came back at just under $1.3M (admittedly there were some optional additions included that would have reduced the price by circa $150k if removed) however the bid was still $500k over all of his estimates. We now have a set of plans that we paid $12.5k for that are useless as most of the items we designed were based on the pricing advice of Dale coming in at circa $650k. They will have to be re-done by a real builder. DRC pretends to be a one-stop-shop with all trades on staff, however, they work out of their house and rely upon outside trades to do all the work.

It seems like DRC are a “mom and pop” outfit that are playing outside their lane. They need to keep putting up garden sheds and leave the real building to professionals. Do yourself a favour, KEEP LOOKING!

We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

We had Nick Kayser owner of Mustache Approved Remodeling do one of our bathrooms. My best decision was to contract with Nick. He has 20 years in the Remodeling business. He is very honest, trustworthy, pays attention to ever little detail and provides good recommendations. When you contract with him, he provides a complete detailed schedule of the project and it is provided to the customer. You cannot go wrong with Nick. Contact Nick's company for your next Remolding project and be very happy when it is completed.

They did an amazing kitchen for me I highly recommend them and Next they’re doing my bathrooms.

We have had Shannon and the crew from Five40 do our Kitchen/family room remodel (‘17), guest bath (‘19), and master bath/closet (‘20). Each job was a complete gut and rebuild and required electrical, plumbing, framing, etc. the result of all 3 jobs was phenomenal. We could not have been happier, and we demonstrated that by contracting him for the two bathrooms after we did our kitchen. His quotes were competitive and the only significant change orders were because of design or material changes that we made midstream.

The the best thing about working with Shannon was that he didn’t come into our jobs with opinions about what we should do. Rather he listened to what we wanted and was always enthusiastic about the vision we had and did his best to make them happen.

If we need contracting work again in the future we will definitely us Five40 and enthusiastically recommend them.

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!
