Keith and his team were phenomenal. We bought our countertops at a place that did not deliver and we couldn't transport them. Keith went and picked them up for us and then stored them for 4 months for us without complaint. (That was not our original plan - our other contractors were awful). When it came time to install, I got in touch with Keith and he was there within a couple of days, right on time. He came and got all of the exact measurements, setup an install time, and his crew did an amazing job. They were quick, precise, professional, and produced an amazing final product. I really enjoyed working with Keith and will be working with him again on my next countertop project.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

I contracted with Granite Transformations to put a new kitchen countertop and backsplash in my kitchen. Two men came to do the installation. When they put the countertop together the seam was very obvious and not at all done well. The backsplash had been assembled improperly at the factory so it was going horizontally when it should’ve been going vertically. The installation is so bad that it is disgusting. One of the supervisors came by to look at it and he was astonished at how poorly it was done. The installation was never completed I have raw plaster showing. I have tried calling the company and have received no response at all. Since then I have heard that not only were the two men let go but also the supervisor is no longer working there. I am very frustrated.

We met with Lon from ShowerandBath and I was immediately impressed with his attention to detail. He asked questions, worked with us, and was open to input and provided recommendations. He strived to satisfy our requests 100%. We had not performed a remodeling project of this scope so it was good to know that he was there to guide the project. He answered all our questions in detail. He would text and call to keep us informed of progress. Following completion of the project, I had requests to Lon regarding concerns. We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - and after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodel team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped steer us in the right direction, gave us a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to pick out tile, granite, etc.. They also listening to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have already engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).”

No matter the point of the project- at the end of the day, you could eat off the floor. Their customer service is one of best we have ever experienced! We highly recommend Cody and A1 Home Repair. We had them do a light kitchen remodel, which involved removing and replacing our countertops, backsplash, and sink, and adding hardware and light fixtures. The end result was exactly what we wanted and looks amazing. There are a few things about Cody and his team that I especially want to highlight. First, there were no significant delays with the project. While the fabricator was running a few days behind, the project began as scheduled, and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Second, Cody consistently checked in on the project to make sure things were going well and progressing. He was attentive and aware of our project even though it was a smaller job. Third, when a few problems arose, Cody was extremely responsive! He came to our home immediately, and addressed the issues. Fourth, they were clean! They used tarps, paper, and other measures to minimize dust, dirt and debris. Cody, Colton, Fay and the entire team were professional and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Very shady general contractor. Ghosted me, left my rehab before completing the project and stole money. Do not use this guy. Save yourself the headache and money!
