We were unfortunate on two different occasions that pipes burst and flooded parts of our house, and one of them happening on New Years Day. Both cases, Arizona Construction & Restoration were called out to respond to our water damage. They showed up when they said they would be there, and they completed to job on the time line they gave us. The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

NICE GUY AND A GOOD CONTRACTOR FOR A NEW BUILDING BUILT

I hired TCG to update my kitchen. The project went very well start to finish. I had quartz countertops installed with a great tile black splash. New lighting was also done which was wonderful. The guys that did most of the work were on time, worked hard and left the job looking great and clean.

Very professional, and a vast amount of experience. Anyone who's wanting to get a bathroom or kitchen reminded, I highly recommend!

Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
