We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and house entryway (removal and addition of walls/windows) along with a replacement of over 1100 Sq ft of dated saltillo tile flooring, 2 bathroom upgrades and a refacing of a fireplace. The team did an excellent job in designing the new space; insuring not only engineering integrity but creation of a functionally rich new working kitchen/bar area space with a wonderful new color palette that works for the entire house. They provided a detailed line item breakdown of all the work done and including design change orders that we made along the way. The workers were top notch craftsman who delivered high quality work from floor & backsplash tiling, countertop fabrication, new electrical, framing, drywall, texturing, plumbing, etc. The guys were always on time and each day the job site was left clean after working. This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

I won't buy any home decor without checking with Megan. She provided detailed instructions and visuals to help me tailor my decor to the season as well. She envisioned, designed, and oversaw our garage makeover to a garage/home gym and the entire process went smoothly.

Buyer Be Ware! ABC was hired to execute repair work at our residence as a choice from our Insurance provider. Unsatisfactory work was completed and more damage than repair was done. After numerous calls and unsatisfactory or no response, we refused to let ABC in or near our home. The repair work had to be completed by another contractor.

Their license is suspended with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. DO NOT USE this company.

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
