Lon completely rebuilt the bathroom wall in my mother's house after there was water damage to the framing and structure (damage from the original build--not caused by Ron -- just to be clear). He managed to save the tile and bathtub in the process and rebuild everything meticulously to look like new. There were heavy glass tiles in the wall arranged in an artistic pattern that Lon was able to duplicate.
Both the exterior and interior paint were matched perfectly so you can't see where the original parts of the house ended, and the new repairs begin. My mother has very exacting standards, and Lon managed to surpass her expectations. Lon is very professional, conscientious, shows up when he says he will be there, and is a pleasure to work with.
We can't thank Lon enough for the great work. Highly recommended!

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. We are so overjoyed with feeling of delight and happiness for completing our dream kitchen project. We are thankful to Cody, Kolton, Fay and rest of the A-1 Home Repair crew for work tirelessly to finish the project under 3 weeks though it was scheduled for 4 weeks. Working with desert custom flooring was a great experience! We had two bathrooms, kitchen/pantry floor, and fireplace redone in our third floor condo.

We made the mistake of going “cheap” with the bathroom remodel the first time and we paid the price for it... finding a good company you trust that has warranties and licenses to back them up is so important! That’s exactly what you get with desert custom flooring! We wish we would’ve found them the first time around!

They’re a hard working group of men that enjoy what they do to make sure everything is just the way you want it! Not to mention they’re very clean!!

We love the work they did for us! Now that we have found them, we will definitely be recommending them to friends and using them in the future!

Eric at E.L. Construction is definitely someone to hire. He was knowledgeable, honest, friendly and cost effective.

I hired him to install three pre-hung exterior doors and Eric was upfront with snags along the way, making sure I had a say in the process.

I want to point out he singlehandedly did all three doors, and he was pleasant to work with as I was finishing up the door handles and locks behind him.

Eric has a construction background and even went over a few quick estimates for other things while he was here, also pointing out good ideas for projects I'll be doing myself.

I'm going to have him come back for a few remaining projects and I will be using him for general handyman things I don't feel comfortable doing.

White Builder Inc just completed remodeling our kitchen. They removed the pony wall and installed new countertops all around with new kitchen sink and faucets and a new cooktop. Then they painted the cabinets. The planning took around a week then one week later they started work and finished everything by the end of that week.
They did an excellent job. Most importantly Ellen was there every day resolving all the little issues that inevitably come up and she explained to her workers what to do. She’s remarkably calm and positive and it was quite relaxing to have her in charge of the project. The workers were all very professional, very helpful and they did an excellent job, each in their respective specialties.
In the end we received a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price, quite quickly and without headaches. Everything was just right and we highly recommend them.

My daughters kitchen was in dire need of help. They were quick to get in and measure & ready to install. Everything turned out beautiful! They couldn’t be happier. They were friendly, professional & the pricing was reasonable. I’d recommend them without hesitation!!!!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
