The owners where phenomenal to work with, professional, well-spoken, customer-service oriented; they are licensed & bonded, Joe was flexible and came out to quote the job on a weekend, incredibly responsive via email/text, and offer multiple/convenient payment options. They were reasonably priced and were out at the house executing the job with just a week notice.

WOW? They did my bar area and installed 11 feet floating shelfs exactly how I wanted made and done. They where behind schedule one day but they make it up filling the mini fridge they installed with my favorite beers and sodas. I can’t complain on anything. Next work: The kitchen renovation.

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
