RetroPro is one of the best in the Valley. They are very professional all the way through the project. They are VERY detail-oriented and make sure you get exactly what you want. They help up-front with ideas for design but ultimately enable the homeowner to achieve their vision. The workers are top-notch; they show up at the same time every day, wearing masks, and are very courteous and humble while in your household. I found their work to be reasonably priced for the quality we got!

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

They did an amazing kitchen for me I highly recommend them and Next they’re doing my bathrooms.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Awesome company to work with!

We shopped around for different cabinet builders and decided to go with New Age Cabinet Coatings for our custom media center built in due to their reasonable price and good reviews. We were not disappointed! Victor, Jonathan and Luis were so professional and friendly. They really delivered on everything we asked for. They paid attention to every last detail and the final product exceeded our expectations! The craftsmanship is unbelievable. They used high quality materials and paint. They didn't leave any construction debris after they were done and overall it was a great experience working with them. We are so happy with the way it turned out and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to get quality work done. The warranty they offer is the icing on the cake. I would RUN THE OTHER WAY, FAR AWAY from this bogus company. Save your thousands and high hopes for other more reliable and proffer companies. This horrific company DOES NOT know how to deliver what you paid for. Wr wasted thousands of dollars and 7 MONTHS in hopes of having our dream cabinets with them. First of all they didn't deliver in time and when they did they gave us the wrong cabinets and accessories. We tried countless times to reach out to them with countless different representatives at our service with NO result at all. AMBER kept promising delivery dates but NOPE not one was legit. Now she is not answering any texts or calls from us! We have started a complaint with the AZ ROC and have blasted them in every social media we have. DO NOT TRUST this company!!! They don't deserve a single freaking star at all... Save yourself the headache, heartache and hard earned money!!!

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. We are updating our house and Chris helped us to design a brand new kitchen! It was within our budget and the installation was done on the day it was scheduled! We have recommended Cabinets by Design to several friends! We couldn't be happier with the product and service

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
