Great customer service and product selection.

Wonderful father and son team - they are easy to work with, honest, reliable, and put a lot of pride into their final product. I've worked with several different tile installers in the past few years, and I was so impressed with how hard these guys work - show up early and work late and get the job done and done right.

I will start off by stating that Ernesto is a very nice person and pleasant to work with. I hired him to handle the design for my restaurant and the complete project was a mess and huge waste of money.

Here is some things that went wrong:

He ordered a new lighting for my place but overlooked the fact that my restauarnt uses 220volt and the lighting he purchased was 120volt. I had to incur the additional cost to have the contractors reduce the voltage and rewire etc.

The color of the paint he selected for the walls was horrendous. I had my concerns when he presented it to me but he assured me he is an expert and that it will look great. As soon as it was done, I had customers tell me that they disliked it. We have since repainted the entire place ourselves.

My walls used to have tile that went up about 4ft to protect the walls from chairs rubbing against it. He removed that tile and simply painted the walls. Within 3 months the walls were completely damaged and scuffed up that they had to be repainted.

The out door furniture he selected (Chairs) were made of some sort of plastic mesh that basically melted from the heat and broke so all of those had to be replaced within a yr.

The TV mounts he selected did not work out at all and had to be replaced at my cost.

The bench seating he selected (Cloth) was basically black from people resting their hands on it while in line so now I have to replace the booth seating or reupholster it. I would think he would have selected something a bit more durable.

The lighting he selected did not accomplish the goal of brightening up the place and looks tacky. Many of our customers have stated they dislike it and we are now planning on changing it all out to track lighting.

The large round table he had built for us has completed been damaged from normal use due to poor design. Much of it has to be repaired.

We had high hopes when we hired him but were extremely dissappointed with the results. Not only did it look bad, but all the material and design was not designed for commercial use. Just 2 yrs later, we are having to completely replace and redesign virtually EVERYTHING we paid him to do.

In my opinion, Ernesto is better suited for residential design and not commercial. He made no effort to correct the issues. Once he was paid, I never heard from him again. Also, you'll notice he never used our restaurant in his portfolio. I guess even he recognizes that it was poorly done and not worth displaying on his site.

In hindsight, I wish we never would have hired him and that we would have done all the things he did ourselves. We would have saved over 30K dollars and ended up with a much better result.

Cody and his crew were wonderful! We had them build a wall with French doors, install a bunch of light fixtures and a ceiling fan and demolish an outdoor patio/grill. Cody and the guys were great to work with - professional, friendly and easy going with changes. They were also creative with solutions which was so appreciated. I know we’ll be using them again and recommending them to friends and family!

Robert took such good care of us. We had an excellent experience in the store - he didn't try to oversell us - and the technicians who came to our home were efficient and skilled. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end! Our carpet looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend giving Robert a call!

Ivan and his team did an amazing job installing wood tile throughout our entire house. Not only was he very knowledgeable but him and his team were very professional and efficient, easy to work and happy to be here. I would definitely recommend them for tile install and bathroom remodeling is what they specialize in! Thank you Ivan. ???

I walked up wondering if this tiny storefront would yield anything useful. After visiting a half dozen cabinet stores I came here and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection at a wide range of price points. There was so many great choices it was easy to find what I really wanted that I hadn't seen at any other chain store. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience and can't recommend this local shop highly enough.

Oron and team are excellent. At a very stressful time they were able to handle all our projects start to finish with minimal worry. We used them for a large addition, full window replacement, flooring replacement, full home stucco a few years ago. Most recently a remodel of the master bedroom and bathroom. Always extremely responsive and the end result is impressive. I also value the team's design input and support along the way. I'm no expert in construction so you need someone you can trust and I trust their team with any and all home projects we need done.

Small project but with BIG results! Attention to detail as well as keeping schedules are huge to me. My remodel project could not have gone easier and without any of the stress of a typical remodel! Ray and Tatum took the hassle out of our remodel and left me with a dazzling bathroom and driveway that now has huge curb appeal. I have referred Ray and Tatum to two other friends-- One that already has had the same great results with their projects and the other one excited to start. I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

I recently purchased my first home and hired On Demand Construction to do a total remodel. These guys had all of the answers and did a fabulous job!! I recommend this company for anyone wanting great work and a fair price.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
