This contractor is amazing! The preforming 2 major jobs on my house and the whole experience was a pleasure start to finish. The staff was professional and clear starting with Jeremy and Oron the GC. They provided a clear pricing quote that beat 2 other quotes I researched, they gave me an extremely quick turn around time for the job and actually completed earlier the expected. Finally a contractor I can trust! I will be using FHR again

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

The team was on time and completed the project quickly. Charlie's team also took the time to cover the sections of my house in plastic wrap to prevent concrete from getting on the stucco. Be careful if you hire this company. Just don’t share any insurance information with him, he will demand some extra proceeds that was issued to you from the claim . Mr Pachner just FYI my comments were not about workmanship but the way you handled things. You contracted a solar company directly on your own, when the solar company ruined the entire system, I contacted you to get involved and help me out, but you didn’t, you refused to help stating that you never received anything, text or email, blaming it on connection problem, but your assistant Neil called me back saying that you would call me in the afternoon, but you never did. I only heard from you 3 months later asking for the balance. Sorry, but you don’t do business this way.

The Southwest business unit is doing great work for the city at Skytrain as well as for data center customers in the valley, municipalities and senior living customers. It’s a phenomenal group of people and culture.

They were very professional and I am really satisfied with the work they did. They built my fence in no time, installed it very fast and protected everything around because they were so careful! Armando was great too! He was communicative before and after the job was done keeping me informed every step of the way. He is a nice guy and very knowledgeable in what he does.
