The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. First knowledge of Granite Transformation was through friends who installed their kitchen countertops. The counter tops were very eye catching and our friends truly sold us on Granite Trasnsformatiion. We went to a show where Granite Transformation had a staff and products to look at. We liked what we saw. Our friends suggested going to their showroom in Phoenix. We did and saw other products that we liked.
We made appointments for representative to come and give us ideas. We liked Tony's presentation and decided to buy a counter top. It took them about 6 to 8 weeks before they could complete project as they are very busy. Once they started on the project, one week to measure and the next week to complete the installation. Jaime and Reso were excellent installers, friendly and willing to go above and beyond the installation. We appreciate their care to meet our requestis.

The kitchen remodel was fabulous because of the quality of cabinets from Cornerstone. Tim Thompson was patient and made some great suggestions. The installers, Vincent and Sebastian, were amazing and they did a perfect job installing the cabinets. Consummate professionals. Thank you so much!!!

I was so impressed with Ernesto from the first meeting we had due to his broad background and the tremendous knowledge and experience he had to offer.
After viewing his extensive portfolio and seeing the range of genres from traditional to contemporary he had mastered, I knew he was the perfect candidate for the job.

Matador remodeled our home and upgraded bathroom after a upstairs. despite supply chain issues, replacements were quickly found. very professional. drywall crew was phenomenal. Tile for the shower was placed with extreme perfection.

Using a general contractor like Innovative Custom Contractors is a great experience! Not only are they professional and transparent with pricing and communication, they can help with any remodel project, remediation needs; they can even help you with a new or remodeled pool! Installed ceiling fan, painted walls, and build and installed shelving for media center

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
