Great quality of work, reliable,thorough, professional, polite, courteous, clean, honest while working on our shower remodel. Will be hiring Tony and his crew again for kitchen backsplash. Would recommend them for any project.

Two years ago we had Retro Pro remodel our guest bathroom, and because we were so pleased with their work my wife and I decided to have the dynamic team work their brilliant magic on our master bathroom. Once again we were impressed with the final outcome. It is always fascinating to witness Eric and Angela’s creative design come to fruition in addition to the talent, dedication and exquisite workmanship of Omar and Blake. (We specifically requested Omar to be our project manager because he is awesome!) What was unique about our second collaboration with Retro Pro is that my wife was (finally!) fully involved in the process. As a result she insisted on writing her own personal review, which I’ll post below on her behalf:

“I'm a person who does not like to get involved with any kind of home maintenance/remolding and rather leave that all to my husband to deal with. But since meeting with Retro Pro, Eric and Angela are such a dream to work with. They both have such a wonderful warmth and you can tell they care and love their job and make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and include you in what they do to make sure you are happy. This same warmth trickles down to their staff, Omar and Blake, who are true caring professionals that help bring Eric and Angela’s vision to life. I'm also putting in a request to Retro Pro to please appreciate and hold on to Omar and Blake real tight because I want them back sooner than later to remodel our kitchen next! :)”

With that said, and without going into too much detail, there were a few issues that occurred during the tile phase of the project that did not involve Omar and Blake. In brief, there were a few questionable actions by the “tile guy” that delayed the completion of our project. However, despite the inconvenience it was nothing that Eric did (or could) not quickly and efficiently address with our complete satisfaction. Interestingly, we did end up benefiting as a result. So, it was a blessing in disguise. Our only hope is that this particular team member learns from his honest mistake for we do believe that he is great at his craft and means well.

It is always a joy and pleasure working with the entire Retro Pro team and we will without a doubt work with them again for our future home project(s)!

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Jerry and his team have always taken great care of all the customers that our team at The Tile Shop Tempe send his way. They take all the stress out of the remodeling process! Need a actual honest to goodness Handyman that really does know what he is doing? This is the real deal! We had several projects from small to large and Jeremy along with his co-handyman (sorry I forgot your name) finished with QUALITY all of them in less than 5 hours! We are so pleased and will recommend Jeremy The Handyman to anyone that we know may need one. A+++ work and professionalism. Thank you!

WOW ... just WOW! We had no idea what we were getting ourselves in to when we decided to undertake a home addition project. We researched our options and after careful consideration, decided to take the plunge with Oron Garabian and FHR Construction. In the very beginning of the process, we told Oron we had 2 major non-negotiables ... we insisted on communication and quality, both of which we can honestly say he not only met but far exceeded. His communication was stellar, we were kept informed of every step in the project along the way. Quality was not only one of our non-negotiables, it is obviously his as well.

Did we have some hiccups along the way? Sure. Trying to undertake a project like this with supply chain issues, labor issues, so many things out of our control may not have been the best timing, but Oron dealt with each and every challenge professionally. According to Oron, “there are no problems, there are only solutions”. Every sub he brought to the job were professional and they each did great jobs.

Do I want to undertake something like again ... No! At least not in this lifetime or my next 15 lifetimes! However, should someone come to me looking for an excellent General Contractor ... there is only one name I would give them. Oron Garabian and FHR Construction. We not only found a great General Contractor, we found a friend.

I liked their business plan - to provide all of the services necessary for remodeling our kitchen - painting, tile setting the backsplash, electrical and plumbing. their workmen were super friendly, as was Burton.

Working with Yourson is always a positive experience! From great communication to friendly staff, they handle things in a professional manner which is perfect for business.

Just called the Phoenix phone number posted on their web site from my landline. No answer, not even a voice mail. Dropped call.

Been doing business with Dave for years now, would recommend his company to anyone who needs a good contractor!

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.

DO NOT use this company defrauding consumers out of their money, and either not starting or completing work. Featured in local AZ news for these reasons, Google/YouTube them!!
