Had windows installed in my home and was very impressed by the crew who came out. They sent a a text a few days before, and said they would be here between 8-10 am. I was shocked how efficient and reliable they were. Came at 8am started at 8:45am and was finished by 12pm. They were a great couple of gentlemen and I enjoyed watching them work. I would recommend this company just because they stand by their word. I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
