Urban Element redesigned and rebuilt our outdated 90s bath including mitigating leaks and mold where the shower door had leaked water into the drywall and concern about a 25 year old fiberglass soaking tub with a 2 foot lateral break that had been repaired with caulk. We had on-site estimates from four other companies and felt uneasy with each one. The estimate and written bid via email from Quentin made us confident enough to try this. And we're glad we did. They came in on a tight budget (which was a huge relief) and the project was done on time if not a day or two early. We appreciated being able to keep the materials budget separate so we could control those costs. They were efficient and we had a nice bonus after returning unopened extra tile boxes which offset a few other finishings we could then afford. We were impressed at their calm resilience when dealing with various challenges unique to our remodel. The solutions they proposed were elegant and solid. They were punctual, communicated well and kept a clean jobsite. We were living in the home during the remodel and appreciated the polite and professional crew. Everyone enjoyed their work and had the time to be there fully even despite starting another huge project compared to our single bath remodel. They never skimped or rushed our job. When we requested multiple fixes for a minor aspect of the remodel, they made it right by simply taking out and replacing the whole thing with better engineered parts. The final result was solidly engineered and beautifully done with the materials we picked out. The company leadership is ethical and budget-oriented and straightforward. Clearly an oustanding example of what a good home builder should be - resilient, responsible, and admirable. In short, this was an oustanding remodel.

Kenny and his team did a great job on a water damage restoration project at our house. Essentially our entire floor needed to be retiled after a major plumbing pipe issue. He got started almost immediately, was very communicative throughout the whole process, and was very easy to work with. I also greatly appreciated the attention to detail. The finished product looks perfect, and we are very happy with our experience with Acuity Builders.

What a blessing Luxury Remodels has been! We had to replace both bathrooms in our home (incredibly stressful), and Luxury helped guide me through the entire process. We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!
They gave us great design options and yet listened to our ideas as well! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for remodeling of any kind! Great people skills!!

We had Retro Pro remodel our kitchen in our 1982 house in Tempe. Their work was excellent as always. They had done our master bath in 2009, I believe, and our guest bath a few years after that. They are not the cheapest but that is not really what you should be looking at. They don't start a job till they have ALL the supplies needed and the crew to do the work. Eric and Angela were professional and dedicated to helping us to get exactly what we wanted. Oscar and Blake our dedicated crew were wonderful. They always let us know when they were coming and kept us informed on the process of the job. Steve the project manager was always available to answer any and all questions. They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Serranos was the best priced countertop installers in town. We priced several other local shops and Serranos was by far the best. Installation was very good and we are very pleased with the results! We would definitely recommend them.

ATR was fantastic putting together some complicated furniture and hanging a couple of heavy rugs that required exact measurements and anchors. Before they left, I made sure to engage them for other handyman tasks, and now that I've found someone completely reliable, I'm planning a few major projects that I will use them for, as well. Highly recommend!

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Lon completely rebuilt the bathroom wall in my mother's house after there was water damage to the framing and structure (damage from the original build--not caused by Ron -- just to be clear). He managed to save the tile and bathtub in the process and rebuild everything meticulously to look like new. There were heavy glass tiles in the wall arranged in an artistic pattern that Lon was able to duplicate.
Both the exterior and interior paint were matched perfectly so you can't see where the original parts of the house ended, and the new repairs begin. My mother has very exacting standards, and Lon managed to surpass her expectations. Lon is very professional, conscientious, shows up when he says he will be there, and is a pleasure to work with.
We can't thank Lon enough for the great work. Highly recommended!
