Best Home Lighting in Phoenix AZ

We have a home in Arizona and another in Wisconsin, and like so many other snow birds, we spend half the year in Phoenix for the great weather! When we were hear last winter, we hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team to do their thing for us while we were gone. We had some conversations with Lorrie and basically told her to do her thing. She ran stuff by us, but her ideas and suggestions were right on and perfect.

And after the design stage, Scott takes over with the construction end.
They have a great working website that posts their calendar for the project, and pictures get posted every day of the work that was done that day, and the logs tell us what is going to be done tomorrow. It was fantastic to watch it happen from afar. And when we finally got back here December 1st, we were blown away by how beautiful it was. We couldn't be happier. Scott and Lorrie are fantastic.

We had our kitchen and back porch remodeled and tile throughout the house.
Kym, our designer, was meticulous with details and keeping us at our budget.
The project manager, Kent, was very good at planning and scheduling (materials and people).
We had one detail about our porch that was not on the plan. Kent listened and resolved the issue.
Martin was our lead man and did most of the work. He is the best that we have encountered (I was in construction for 15 years). His ability to do every aspect of construction from framing to finish work was outstanding. We were living at our house while the work was being done. Martin made sure we had access to at least one of our bathrooms. He cleaned every day and covered and protected our things while he was working.
Casey, Carlos did a great job on the difficult tile we chose. The electrician (who's name we don't recall) and the guys that delivered and helped with demo, William and Alec were very professional, timely and careful.

Great ideas & designs. They understand you & what you want & get everything right. Great personalities that are professional & get it all right! Jake helped me find the best lighting for my project, taking what I had in mind & making it work for my space. There’s a great range to choose from, they had everything I wanted. With so many choices they helped cater for all of my needs

Dont waste your time calling unless you have a large kitchen project. Tried getting a quote for my bathroom and laundry room (which has more cabinets then most kitchens) but said wasnt worth their time. Remember me and others when times are slow!!!

Rob at Project Construction LLC has done a lot of high quality work for our real estate investment company here in Scottsdale. Before we met rob we had a few contractor nightmares but am happy to say that those are over and would highly recommend him for your job.

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

We are blessed and grateful to have found them when we moved to Sun Lakes. Could not be happier to have come across this gem. Highly recommend them for any job you need done. We cannot say enough about the Cornerstone Cabinet Company team. We are so pleased with the cabinets that we chose with Chris's help. He knows what he is doing. :) He is very honest and upfront and makes your dreams come to life!
Vincent and Sabastian came out to install our cabinets and they were so polite, respectful and true perfectionists. They worked so hard and answered every question and concern. We cannot find even one small complaint with the install...it is perfect.

Met with Kym for some ideas related to our kitchen and bath remodel. Visiting the showroom was a fantastic experience. They have everything you need right there in the showroom or you can choose to get your own from other suppliers. Kym was there to guide us through the design process and handed us off to the Project Manager once the planning was done. All the professional installers were friendly, neat and efficient. From start of the installation till completion was around 40 days. Highly recommend Premier!

I first contacted Emily while i was shopping for furniture on the living spaces instagram! I reached out to her not knowing what to expect since it was my first home ! I wanted it to be my amazing dream home but was having a hard time really making my vision come to life. I had purchased a few items and wasnt feeling like i was going in the right direction. Emily was very informative and talked me through the entire process. She provided me two boards that were amazing!!! I decided on one and went on with the process she was very quick with the purchase list and i just loved it all! Then covid hit ! It has now been about 3 months since i contacted her and although im still waiting on some pieces( nothing to do with her at all just with covid and the delayed shipping) she continues to stay in touch and i love that! She really cares for her work and design and ensures im doing ok ! Eventhough she provided everything you would thinj her job was done but not at all! I was so impressed with Ernesto from the first meeting we had due to his broad background and the tremendous knowledge and experience he had to offer.
After viewing his extensive portfolio and seeing the range of genres from traditional to contemporary he had mastered, I knew he was the perfect candidate for the job.
When I moved into my eclectic home about a year ago, I was concerned about how we were going to make it more contemporary and to my liking. I knew this would be quite an undertaking for anyone.

My experience with FHR has been nothing short of amazing! I chose to work with them after having to shop contractors due to an insurance claim I opened on my new home due to a leak. Dealing with insurance companies can be frustrating to say the least and Oron and his team assured me they would handle all of the correspondence with the insurance company.

I am several months into my extensive remodel (and almost done) and FHR has kept their promise on virtually everything. Their complete services were something that was so necessary to my family especially since we were new to the area with zero contacts.

The remodel is going extremely smooth and is exactly what I wanted. I have had workers in and out of my house every day for quite a few months and each of them have been a more than a delight to be around.
