I was contacted before the scheduled appointment and reminded of time and who would be performing work. The workers came promptly on time, performed work, cleaned up afterwards, and I was emailed photos of before and after work was done. A followup call confirmed that I was happy with the work done. I recently had a new roof installed by Phoenix Roofing and I feel I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.
