Best Full Kitchen Remodel in Phoenix AZ

AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.

From the quote to the completion of the work, was a fantastic experience! Rob, Joe and demo crew (Jesus), tile layer (didn't get his name) and installer(Chris) all were outstanding! Our 1980's master bath is now our own spa retreat and as promised completed before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Will highly recommend this company.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. We had an amazing experience with Kenny and his crew. Kenny was very attentive and communicated well in all aspects of our remodel. We replaced all flooring, filled in a sunken living room, replaced all doors and windows, as well as all baseboards, remodeled the master bathroom and kitchen and painted the inside and outside of our home, all in three months time. We highly recommend him!

Disappointed in the level of customer service. I wanted to purchase a remnant from them. The sales associate I had worked with said to text him the picture of the slab I wanted to buy and he’d let me know if it was available. This was Thursday morning. It took him until Sunday night at 11:40pm to respond. Very unprofessional. See attached screenshot. Curious how he discovered at 11:40pm on a Sunday night that they no longer have any remnants.

We are now going on 6 months trying to remodel 800 square feet of existing space and extend garage out. Designer was inept. Multiple things that should have been in initial design weren't (ie: lighting design and reasonable electrical layout, etc). Now these are change order over runs that caost time and extra money. Have had to have multiple fights to have things done right and over simple corrections multiple times. Currently waiting for electrical to be completed finishing 4th week (800sqft totally open!). They are now the joke of the neighborhood. Superintendent no longer would speak to us over the phone or in person, would only text message because he didn't like complaints about the work. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Plainly they don't really care.

Luxury Remodels just did a complete renovation of our master bathroom, only the 4 main walls are left of the original room. The end result is amazing and the only downside is that it now takes longer to take a shower or a bath since we don't want to get out.

Tim and Ron did a great job helping us with the design of the room and the overall layout. They are both detail oriented and prevented us from making small design flaws that would have been big issues in the end. The crew of Luxury are experienced and detail oriented as well. The Tile work is immaculate, all the carpentry and doors fit perfectly as well. The communication between Luxury and the homeowners (us) helped us understand when we should expect someone to be at our house and what they were going to accomplish that day.

I would highly recommend anyone considering a remodel to contact this company before they make their final decision on a contractor.

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!
They gave us great design options and yet listened to our ideas as well! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for remodeling of any kind! Great people skills!!

We initially hired DRC to complete some plans for an extensive renovation to our Scottsdale home. Dale made representations about their ability to do architectural plans, engineering calculations and also complete the construction. We should have read the signs early, he was an hour late to the initial meeting and then, during the next 9 months it took to get the plans finished, there were lots of mistakes and omissions. It felt like I was marking homework from a pre-schooler. Every time the next set of plans were provided there were omissions, mistakes and forgotten items we had spoken about at previous meetings where I had kept notes.
Dale never turned up with any notes, never took any notes and rarely remembered anything we spoke about. His attention to detail is lacking and his pricing is ridiculous. He wanted $27k for a portable potty rental and $8k for a new hot water heater!
The initial budget was $650k and this was confirmed to be still on track at a meeting in May (8 months in) where we requested an update as to when the plans would be finished and when we could get a bid. We finally got a partial bid in August after putting pressure on him, the bid came back at just under $1.3M (admittedly there were some optional additions included that would have reduced the price by circa $150k if removed) however the bid was still $500k over all of his estimates. We now have a set of plans that we paid $12.5k for that are useless as most of the items we designed were based on the pricing advice of Dale coming in at circa $650k. They will have to be re-done by a real builder. DRC pretends to be a one-stop-shop with all trades on staff, however, they work out of their house and rely upon outside trades to do all the work.

It seems like DRC are a “mom and pop” outfit that are playing outside their lane. They need to keep putting up garden sheds and leave the real building to professionals. Do yourself a favour, KEEP LOOKING!

I had Retro Pro do the remodel on my kitchen in October. I always wait a couple of months before posting a review, because I like to make sure I really love it and find anything I don't love. From the beginning Eric and Angela were professional and prompt. I am not a veteran remodeler, and they walked me through the process made suggestions about product and layout. Once the work started I could not have been more pleased. Omar and his crew were the cleanest construction crew I have ever seen. They were prompt with showing up to work, stayed on schedule (even ahead of it) and before they left at the end of each day things were swept and put away. I loved the finished work, but the icing on the cake was when Eric came and took finished pictures, he noticed in the pictures that the drawer handles on two of the cabinets where not centered, he called me told me of the problem (I had not noticed them) and ordered new drawers. Best of all I know I have a warranty and would feel totally comfortable calling them is a problem does arise in the next year. Thank you Retro Pro for all the work.

Nick is a rock star in the remodel industry! His work is detailed, clean, neat, professional. You get what you pay for with contractors and Budget Best is truly a great value! We've worked with him a few times and will undoubtedly continue to over the years.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!
