Tony Chayrez was the foreman on our project. He was awesome to deal with. Always returned messages in a timely manor and always was pleasant to talk to. Also, a shout out to Dmitriy Agarkov. He was our design man and made many suggestions that we followed and turned our project into a beautiful masterpiece. We couldn't be more leased with our home remodel.

The communication you have with these guys are unprecedented, they really do keep open communication and they are very upfront with anything and everything. They answered any questions I had at anytime. They exceeded my plans I had to remodeled my house especially my bathrooms! It was honestly more than I could ever ask for.
I had them crate a mancave for my husband and OMG did they ever blow it out of the water!! Its AMAZING! HE loved it and cannot stop talking about it. They went above and beyond with it and I could not have asked for more.
They really did a great job on my new home, I honestly couldn't be happier and if I ever needed anything else done with my house they would be the ones I would call.

Randy and Tyra of ATR have performed several jobs for us over the last couple of months. We found them after a slew of other companies overcharged and disappointed - ATR is total opposite of that, you get what you pay for and then some. The quality of their work, their dependability, their pricing, and their friendly nature make them our go-to company for all things home repair! This week they completed a new backsplash for us at our home in Ahwatukee/phoenix and holy cow it is nice! We paid a fraction of the cost that others estimated and our kitchen is beautiful! Hire them for all your home repairs, you will be glad you did!

We've worked with them on a number of small jobs such as cool-decking around pools to big remodeling & construction jobs. Great people who do amazing work!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

Shannon at Bespoke Builders is awesome. He’s work is high in quality and efficiency. Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Shannon was professional and was able to complete his work around our busy clinic schedule. The quality of his work is high and I am well pleased with the final product! We recently moved in to our house, and one of the first items on our list was to replace two picture windows with windows that open. When the glass company was replacing the second of the windows, they found mold and rot in the wall. A local religious organization I’m in maintains a list of recommended contractors. AM/PM was on the list, and when I googled them, I was astounded to see that a contractor got such good reviews. I booked them immediately - and I’m here to add one more. They’ve been communicative, responding immediately over email, and have done excellent, precise work. When they fell behind on the timeline because one of their workers didn’t come in one day, they offered to work over the weekend to make it up. Our project lead even offered to drive over and show me tile samples because I wasn’t understanding the type that was needed for the shower floor. Who does that? They also worked seamlessly with our homeowners insurance company. I’m still in awe that this has been such a smooth experience. I recommend them without reservation.

This man should not be building houses or in the construction business period.
Where to start, at the beginning when we got our plans approved, my wife and I had asked for a copy (which I received 11 months later). Several instances we would meet/talk about things to happen to/for the house. He never took notes and always forgot things. We were the ones to initiate anything going on. Paint colors, counter tops etc. Whenever we would schedule appointments he was either late, just forgot or didn’t show. Simple instructions were not followed on several occasions I had complained to him I did not like the language barrier between the people working on the house and ourselves. I was asking for one thing and getting another. e.g.(gas line was put in after the dry wall was done, laundry room sink was forgot about until after paint was done, no back yard light, water line issues, the countertop was ordered without all the measurements for cut outs, water heater closet wasn’t taped or mudded until after paint).
We watched as our house sat with nothing being done for three months straight. He gave us a move in date of mid-Oct, then Nov 2nd and finally Nov 20th. He had to pay rent for a month which should have been two months at the rental house I was at, due to procrastination. We had a 1 year loss of use on our insurance policy and he used every bit of it, and then some.
For the next week we still had stuff being done. He said let me get my guys to do it, his guys are the one that took 8 hours to install a microwave oven and still had to call someone in to build a simple soffit for the oven/microwave vent. Or the landscaping crew that destroyed our exotic vine not once but twice. Landscaping isn’t or wasn’t part of his contract. What was part of the contract was a port-a-john which was not put in until after I complained about picking up human feces, left by his workers on my property. He likes to use unskilled & unlicensed workers so he can save the money. Most of the work done at my house happened on the weekends. There wasn’t one aspect of the construction process that wasn’t screwed up, except roofing & demolition. Framing was warped (at least that what the other drywall company said after an inspection) plumbing , gas, framing, drywall, electrical
Or we were being lied to on more than one occasion
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. STC INC. has had several lawsuits over the course of 10 years.

Stole my $25,000 and walked off the job. He told me the job would cost me $12,000 then I paid him $25,000 and he demanded another $16,000.00 He is a scam. Stay away from him.
