At a time when it's difficult (and oftentimes impossible) to get home service companies to call you back, let alone show up, George at T & K not only immediately responded to my service request for a thermostat repair/install but also put me on his schedule right away. He showed up on time, was able to troubleshoot the issue in minutes and had our A/C kicking back on with a new Wi-Fi enabled thermostat within the hour.
