We have a rooftop photovoltaic system that was installed about three years ago. Yesterday I noticed a FAULT on the Inverter and system production at zero. Unfortunately, our installer has apparently gone out of business so I called Solar Fix LLC. Mike had me send him photos of the error code and Inverter spec plate. He researched the error code and put me in touch with the manufacturer of the Inverter, who promptly corrected the problems remotely and we are back up and running. I now have my resource for future problems, and highly recommend Solar Fix to anyone, especially those who may also be a victim of the out of business installer.
