I want to be the first to say I almost judged a book by its cover, when I saw how young the two guys were in my head I was thinking no way these guys know what they are doing boy was I wrong and learned a valuable lesson, not only were they good but they were efficient and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly! I hired to cleana Grease trap,

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.

AWESOME! It was a weekend, of course, and our entire house was backed up. The first plumbing company came out and they were convinced that we had to dig up our entire yard to fix the problem... a $3,000+ estimate. Then we called Cooper's...not only did they come out promptly on a Saturday morning, they didn't kill us with 'extra' charges for a weekend visit...and FIXED the problem in less than an hour! They will have our business forever!
