Best Tub Installation in Phoenix AZ

First time calling in, appointment service was great. From being greeted to appt confirmation, it was all a great experience. Armando showed up on time expected, I received a call to let me know tech was on his way. Once Armando arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable as I was going over all the problems I had reported. He was quickly able to analyze and quote repairs along with suggested changes. Armando estimated the time needed and completed work before expected. All work completed was very well explained along with expectations on other repairs needed/suggested. Will definitely consider calling them again for any plumbing need. They have great energy, very friendly and professional.

Plumbers were courteous. Since the first post I found several mistakes 3 flanges either to far from wall to low or to high, vent not hooked up. They ruined two floors and got the whole house filthy and wouldn't take responsibility for their mistakes without extreme pressure from me. Except for the ruined floors and all the dust/dirt throughout the house. They tried to use short cuts in fixing their mistakes. I would not recommend them to anyone. Workers are good attitudes. Management at Mr rooter is terrible. Mr. Rooter did not step up with all they ruined and tore apart from their mistakes. Mark tryed to put the blame on bad vent and said even though they cut it if it was broken/cracked it wasn't their fault. When it came to a vent not hooked up he left and called back to finally admit it was their mistake. It fixing the vent pipe set the flang at 14 inch rough in wasn't the correct height had to be jack hammered out 3 times and still got it wrong. Put 4 holes in bedroom wall and 2 in bathroom to find leak when all but him said the leak was under stool and tub area. Even it was all on them they never said they would fix what they tore apart. When they get a good review they acknowledge it but never get back to the ones with problems. Poor management on their part. Would not recommend them to do your plumbing. Donnie was not up front on his dealings with the customers.
