Best Tankless Water Heating in Phoenix AZ

Pepe was our ReddiHero!! He was kind, respectful, efficient and honest. That's what I count on mostly when it comes to service. Our 16 year old water heater went out (inevitable) however, given the hard times, I was hoping it wouldn't...Nevertheless, it did! He laid out the options and kept it honest. He was patient while I made the decision and he was prompt in ordering the system and installing it same day. Thank you for your patience and understanding and doing a great job! Keep up the good work Pepe!!

They are expensive and slow, but the worst things is that they left the job undone for a couple days (to do work on some other job) and left the sewer line open, allowing rats to infest our home (and making the home unlivable), and now are trying to lie about it regarding taking care of the rat damage. (I will update this if they decide to be honest, but so far, nothing but LIES!) Completely negligent! They are horrible! Never, ever use them!!! UPDATE: They said they would partially pay for my damages, but that seems to have been a lie as well, as they did not follow through. Also, I was told on the phone that if they took care of everyone that had a problem with their work, they could not stay in business. Hmmm... that must be a pretty big percentage of their customers? I wish they had said that before I signed the contract. What you need to ask yourself before using this company is Do you feel lucky?To update my review yet again, My Rooter agreed to pay for half of the damages they caused in my home. I agreed to that, then they rejected my signed agreement and said they would not send a check or agree to the resolution until my review was changed to a positive review. Seems like they are more interested in bribing me to remove my truthful review, endangering the public, than in actually covering any of their damages. Makes you wonder, with their admission that there are too many unhappy customers to satisfy and stay in business, how many of the apparently positive reviews were actually fake reviews that they bribed people to post... You've been warned to stay away from this company at all costs!!!
